How we work

From the first walk-around to the maintenance sheet

Six steps, in this order. You see a price in writing before the third one ends.

  1. Step 1: The site visit

Cecilia or Anahi walk the place, measure the roof, see where water collects now and ask what you want it to do. For a tap you will drink from, we take the sample.

  2. Step 2: The drawing

Cecilia draws one sheet: roof, route, tank, overflow, filters and the hose bibs. You can ask for it in Spanish.

  3. Step 3: The written estimate

Every part and every hour is listed, with what is not included. Nothing is ordered until you sign.

  4. Step 4: The permit

Anahi tells you which permits apply, prepares the paperwork and brings it to you to sign.

  5. Step 5: The install

Alfredo's crew sets the pad or digs the trench, sets the tank, runs the lines and fits the filters and screens.

  6. Step 6: The test and the hand-over

A flush, a leak check and a lab sample for any drinking tap. We walk you through it and leave a one-page maintenance sheet at the tank.

After we leave

A system you can keep running yourself

Most of the upkeep is a screwdriver and a calendar: clear the screens, check the first-flush diverter, change the filters when the sheet says. If something needs a plumber, call us, and we'll know the system because we drew it.
